Anna Sui ships online orders within the United States only via UPS. Online orders will require a signature at the time of delivery. Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. When estimating total delivery time of your order, please include one to three business days to process your order in addition to the time indicated by the shipping option you select (Ground or Second Day). See information below for details. Orders are processed for delivery Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Anna Sui cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.

Returns

Anna Sui values customer satisfaction. Returns will be accepted provided that:  items returned have not been used or damaged  items are returned within 2 weeks of delivery. Refund will only be issued in the same form as original payment.

To return an item please send an email to shop@annasui.com with "Return Request" in the subject line. In your email message, please include an explanation of why you wish to return your item. We will try our best to respond to you within one business day (excluding holidays).

Please note that sale items may not be returned or exchanged.
