Shipping & Returns
All orders made before 3:00pm EST on a standard business day will be processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) and National holidays will be processed and shipped the following business day. We do not ship on weekends.
Currently, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories.
All items are shipped via UPS.
Ground — $12 flat rate for packages under 3 lbs, for $15 from packages 4 lbs - 5 lbs, $22 packages over 5 lbs.
All orders will be shipped to the "Shipping Address' as entered upon checkout. Any changes that need to be made regarding a shipping address must be made before 3:00pm EST by calling 212-941-8406.
We are unable to arrange weekend deliveries. All shipping and processing times listed on our website are in business days (Monday-Friday, excluding all national holidays). UPS might occasionally deliver orders sent via standard shipping on Saturdays, but this service cannot be requested or guaranteed.
We do not currently ship outside of The United States. Please make sure that the shipping address is located within the continental United States.
Returns & Exchanges
All cosmetic and fragrance purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit.
All full priced apparel are eligible for an exchange or return only within 7 days of receipt of package. Please call the store 212-941-8406 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more details regarding fit, sizing, color, etc.
The purchaser is in charge of all shipping fees when returning full priced apparel to the store.
All accessories are final sale.
